- Hydrocodone/APAP
- Vicodin,Lortab,Lorcet,Norco -Tablets/Elixir -Opioid/Narcotic Analgesic -For relief of moderate to moderately severe pain. -one to two tablets or three teaspoonsful every four to six hours as needed for pain.
- Lisinopril
- Prinivil, Zestril -Tablets -ACE-inhibitor/Anti-hypertensive -Initially give 10 mg once a day.Adjust dosage according to B/P response, usually 20 to 40 mg per day administered in a single dose. Adjust according to creatinine clearance
- Simvastatin
- Zocor -Tablets -Anithyperlipidemic -High Cholesteral Treatment -usual dose is 10 to 40 mg per day
- Levothyroxine Sodium
