- Sort
- A computer function that allows you to arrange a collection of items in some specified order.
- Range
- A group of cells.
- Template
- A document or file having a present format used as a starting point. Example: resume template
- Storyboard
- Rough draft outlining the scene sequence of a multimedia project.
- Record
- A collection of related, often adjacent items of data, treated as a unit.
- Spreadsheet
- A piece of paper with rows and columns for recording financial data.
- Spell Check
- An feature within most word processing programs that checks for spelling errors in documents.
- Scroll Bars
- The sliding bars found along the right and bottom of the screen, allowing you to see other parts of a long document.
- Row
- Groups of cells labeled with numbers (horizontal)
- Standard toolbar
- Contains shortcuts for many common tools such as open, save, and print.
- Serif
- A short line at the end of the main strokes of a character. Serif font
- Tab
- A key on the keyboard computer that when pressed it inserts a special character used for formatting text. Used to indent text.

- Cutting pieces of video into or more seperate clips.
- San Serif
- A typeface in which characters have no serif (decorative edges) Ex: Arial.

- A table or list of topics in a book (chapters or articles) showing their order and the place where they maybe found.
