- Public Debt
- the money borrowed by the Federal Government and hasn't been repaid along with the accumalated interest
- Implied Powers
- powers that aren't written but are suggested
- Indirect Tax
- a tax first paid by one person and then passed on to another person
- Eminent Domain
- inherent power to take private property for public use
- Subpoena
- a legal order directing a person to show up in court or to produce certain evidence
- Bankruptcy
- when how ever much or little money is distributed among those to whom a debt is owed
- Doctrine
- a principle or fundamental policy
- Deficit Financing
- spend more than taken and borrow to make up the difference
- Direct Tax
- a tax that must be paid directly to the government by the person on the person whom it's imposed

- exclusive right of an author to reproduce, publish, and sell his or her creative work

- a charge levied by government on persons or property to raise money to meet public property
