- PUBLIC POLICY
- a government plan of action to solve a social problem.
- REDISTRIBUTIVE POLICY
- a policy that shifts resources from the "haves" to the "have nots".
- DISTRIBUTIVE POLICY
- a policy funded by the whole taxpayer base that addresses the needs of particular groups.
