- The act of viewing all parts of the document
- Scroll
- Symbols used to indicate what revisions need to be made.
- Proofreader Marks
- Moves the insertion point a specified amount. The default is set at 0.5"
- TAB KEY
- The address of the person receiving the letter
- Inside Address
- Allows the user to insert hidden notes or annotations that can be read on the screen
- Comment Feature
- When text is typed, the insertion point automatically advances to the next line.
- WORD WRAP
- All parts of the letter begin at the left margin
- Full Block Style Letter
- Added to the letter when somethin in addition to the letter is included in the envelope.
- Enclose
- A collection of information treated as an individual unit by a computer operating system.
- File
- When corrections or adjustments are made.
- Revised Document
- Press the Insert Key so the OVR is bold in the status bar. Inserted text replaces existing text
