- CULTURE
- the attitudes and behavior that are characteristic of a particular social group or organization
- SOCIETY
- a community of people who share a common culture
- ETHNIC GROUP
- people of the same race or nationality who share a distinctive culture
- INNOVATION
- something new, a change; the act of introducing a new method, idea, device, etc.
- DIFFUSION
- The spread of ideas, objects, or traits from one culture to another
- CULTURAL HEALTH
- An area where a culture originated and spread to other areas.
- ACCULTURATION
- the process of adopting the cultural traits or social patterns of another group.
- ASSIMILATION
- Process by which people of one culture merge into and become part of another culture
- LANGUAGE
- our spoken, written, or signed words and the ways we combine them to communicate meaning
- DIALECT
- a way of speaking that is characteristic of a certain social group or of the inhabitants of a certain geographical area.
- RELIGION
- A system of beliefs shared by a group with objects for devotion, rituals for worship and a code of ethics
- MONOTHEISTIC
- Religions that believe there is only one God. Christianity, Judaism, and Islam are three great monotheistic world religions.
- POLYTHEISTIC
- the belief in more than one god
- ANIMISTIC
- religion based on animals and nature

- music, dance, religon, film
