- internal conflict
- the conflict that takes place within the mind of the character
- Characterization
- the act of creating and developing a character
- analogy
- making a comparison between two or more things that are similar in some ways but otherwise unalike.
- plot
- the sequence of events in which each event results from a previous one and causes the next.
- Synonym
- a word having the same or almost the same meaning as another word.
- narrator
- character who tells the story
- setting
- time and place of the action in a story or play
